第十(shi)二十(shi)二條(tiao) 擇人部(bu)門(men)(men)(men)亦(yi)或(huo)是(shi)(shi)其所在部(bu)門(men)(men)(men)資金(jin)額亦(yi)或(huo)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)起制(zhi)定的勞(lao)(lao)務(wu)承包輸出外(wai)派部(bu)門(men)(men)(men),向本部(bu)門(men)(men)(men)亦(yi)或(huo)是(shi)(shi♈)所在部(bu)門(men)(men)(men)外(wai)派勞(lao)(lao)作(zuo)(zuo)者的,歸(gui)于勞(lao)(lao)作(zuo)(zuo)合(he)作(zuo)(zuo)合(he)同(tong)法(fa)6十(shi)二條(t🍬iao)要(yao)求的不得當制(zhi)定的勞(lao)(lao)務(wu)承包輸出外(wai)派部(bu)門(men)(men)(men)。

🧔第二個十(shi)八條 勞務工政府部(bu)門怎樣認真履(lv)行工作勞務協議(yi)法(fa)接下來12條規范的(de)權利,維系被派往工作者的(de)合法(fa)性利益。

其次10條 勞(lao)務(wu)輸出派(pai)往政府部(bu)門不獲得非全脫(tuo)產雇(gu)工方式招用ౠ被派(pai)往勞(lao)動課者(z🐬he)。

第(di)三個11條 勞(lao)務外派外派院校和被外派勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)者(zhe)力(li)者(zhe)從嚴關閉、🐻中斷勞(lao)動(dong)者(ꦰzhe)者(zhe)力(li)補(bu)充協(xie)議(yi)的(de)經(jing)濟社會來補(bu)償,行(xing)政(zheng)規章勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)者(zhe)力(li)補(bu)充協(xie)議(yi)法416條、4十六條的(de)標(biao)準規定運行(xing)。

3第十二條 勞(lao)(lao)(lao)務工(gong)安(an)排企(qi)業合(he)法(fa)移除或是中止被安(an)排勞(lao)(lao)(lao)功(gong)者的勞(lao)(lao)(lao)功(gong)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)務合(he)同文本的,依據勞(lao)(lao)(lao)功(gong)勞(lao꧙)(lao)(lao)務合(he)同文本法(fa)第七18條的約(yue)定(din♛g)執(zhi)行程序。
